Located in downtown Memphis, this historic four-story warehouse was adapted in compliance with Department of the Interior guidelines into an urban mixed-use building. The Cornerstone at Main Street Flats features a restaurant on street level and 15 loft apartments above. Reclaimed beams became stair treads, art deco windows were restored, and brick walls and hardwood floors were refinished. Upper-floor lofts boast views of the Mississippi River or the city trolley line.
